Designed specifically for motorsport applications, this insert significantly reduces engine movement caused by torque reaction during acceleration and deceleration. By fitting this new insert, you can expect improved power transfer to the road and reduced stress on the exhaust downpipe, hoses, and wiring.
Please note, a small increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) at idle is normal when fitting an engine/transmission mount insert, as it effectively removes the original voiding and stiffens the mount between the engine/transmission and chassis. The performance benefits of this upgrade come from blocking the voiding, thereby restricting engine movement.
The PFF85-1920BLK is compatible only with 1.0 MPI and electric models featuring the pre-facelift mount. Ensure you check which mount is fitted to your vehicle before ordering.
