Forge Motorsport Recirculation Valve for BMW 135/235 N55 3.0 Turbo Engines
The Forge Motorsport Recirculation Valve is designed for the BMW 135/235 N55 3.0 Turbo engines found in the F20 chassis models. This valve is recommended for vehicles with increased boost pressure from an ECU software upgrade or for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates. It is a reliable solution to prevent OEM valve failures that can result in power loss and potential damage to the turbo.
Unlike the OEM valve, the Forge Motorsport Recirculation Valve is piston-based and made entirely of aluminum. This construction eliminates the risk of diaphragm failure and ensures improved reliability. The valve retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation, providing both performance and peace of mind.
The package includes the FMDVF20R Valve, vacuum tubes of various lengths, a solenoid with bracket and screws, cable ties, an uprated blue spring, an 8-4-8 T piece, Forge USB instructions, and a Forge keyring and sticker.
If you want to customize the valve to suit your engine’s needs, a spring tuning kit is available separately.
